Images

If you are choosing to have a Bespoke image, you can provide us the image either as a digital image sent in a JPEG format or as a TIF file at 300dpi via email or CD or alternatively as a printed photograph or item of artwork for us to scan.

We undertake to return printed images after despatch of our finished product. Whilst every effort on our part will be taken to ensure safe return of these items, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of such goods in transit. As a precaution we will retain a digital copy of your image until our finished product has been delivered.

Copyright & Photographic Rights

It is the responsibility of the person placing the order for the services of Printcavern to ensure that original artwork, photographs and images submitted are officially available for use and do not infringe copyright laws.

By submitting your order and payment you indemnify Printcavern, its officers and employees against any action, liability or costs, etc., which may be laid by a third party as claim to copyright, etc.

Product Delivery

Delivery will be within approximately 10 working days.

Returns Policy

Bespoke items ordered from us, are created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted and manufactured.

To return any items please send an email explaining reason for return to info@printcavern.co.uk

On receipt of the goods we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
